minimum of 6 weeks notice is required to cancel your bridal booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.

trials for bridal makeup are recommended to clarify your requested look, as service will always be fully charged.

in circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted i.e. hotel parking and paid parking areas.

**event hair & makeup discount is limited to 3 people maximum. for large parties, due to time constraints of application, twist creativ may recommend additional stylists be sourced. twist creativ can negotiate pricing on behalf of client to offer packages, but ultimately doesn't control pricing structure of other stylists.
